One day I’ll be skinny and fit enough to actually go out swimming in summer time. For now the shirt stays on but Alex and I are working so hard that we literally haven’t been able to walk in a straight line for days. I worked out until I started bleeding. Then I had 70 grams of protein, and probably another 50 grams throughout the day (breakfast to dinner with lots of snacks). Barely...
